Alicia’s background includes over 20 years in the dance and performing arts industry and performing at different venues all over the metroplex growing up. After moving to Decatur she left her dance shoes behind and started working for Decatur ISD, for several years, with special needs children. She decided it was time for a change and made the leap into real estate to begin flipping houses with her late husband, Dan. The process of flipping takes hard work, discipline and attention to detail that will stay with her throughout her career as an agent and will give her clients just as much grit as she did the homes that she helped to renovate.
Alicia is very family-oriented and adores spending time with her 3 grown children, Savanna, Grant and Sadie, along with her 3 grandchildren and her lab, Maverick, that goes everywhere she does. He’s even been in some listing videos. She has a love of the great outdoors, traveling, flea markets, gardening, working out and redoing furniture when she can find the time.

I don't know where to begin, but Alicia did more than just show me houses, she helped me find a home for my family. This was my second time working with Alicia as we couldn't find what we wanted the first time, took a break and after a year decided to try again. As a first time home buyer I had no idea I mean what so ever on what to expect and we went down a rabbit hole of a roller coaster ride getting all the t's crossed and i's dotted. I highly recommend Alicia she really is a amazing person through the whole process we had to change lenders and then get a extra appraisal and she never gave up and somehow pulled a rabbit out of her hat for me. Also she made the packing so much easier with her boxes that she sent me, it came with bubble wrap, sharpies and tape. Then at the end of everything she sent me off with a closing day package with all kinds of goodies for me, she knew I purchased a home with a pond and we both loved fishing and she surprised me with a new fishing pole.
