Stephanie was born and raised in Denton. Being native to the area gives her a unique and powerful insight into the local real estate market and all this great area has to offer. She went to Denton schools and graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Government with an emphasis in Legal Studies. She worked as a Paralegal for the City of Denton for 25 years before transitioning into real estate in 2017. Her knowledge of the area, knowledge of contract law and municipal law, and sales and negotiating skills allow her to be a very strong advocate for her clients. Stephanie has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude. Her goal is to make her clients feel at ease with the process of buying, selling, or leasing a home by providing clear communication and regular updates along the way.
