Tanner helped us find a home with his outstanding knowledge of the Denton County area. He was persistent in getting all questioned we had answered before and after our home inspection even if it meant bringing in specific home experts. He booked a structural engineer to get concerns of our addressed as an example. He negotiated the sale price down to what we were willing to pay with a very uncompromising seller/agent. This is the 6th house we’ve bought and we’ve had a couple of great Realtors in the past, but Tanner is top notch and a cut above any other realtors we’ve used in the past. Tanner Cason definitely earned his commission with the sale of our house. We had a offer within week of listing, but demands by the seller and their realtor, dragged out signing of the final sales contract. Tanner always had our interests at heart, and was very responsive with our questions and requests. He acted professional when the negotiations with the seller's realtor became strained, and kept us informed any time there was an update. We would not hesitate using him again.
