Shelly is amazing. We were trying to decide on three different areas to move and downsize from our home. She was very helpful and took the time to show us properties in all three areas. She listened to what we thought we wanted to find in a new home and offered suggestions that we had not considered. After a lot of searching, she found what she thought would be the ideal home. She was right, and we could not be happier. She then helped us find the right financing and listed our home. It sold within three days for all cash. Zillow matched us with Tom Gindrup. He did a fantastic job finding us a property. He was eager to meet us at any location we were interested in seeing and always brought printed documents for each plot that we could review. He was always very responsive and patient during the entire process. He always made sure we got the best price possible and provided local comps for surrounding properties. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone that is hoping to buy real estate.

I was matched up with Alex through Zillow, so I had no idea what to expect. It turned out to be a tremendous stroke of good fortune. Alex went above and beyond in every possible way. He genuinely listened to what we were looking for in a home. He was patient and responsive throughout the process. Alex fought for us on the purchase price of the homes we pursued and helped us maximize the price for the home we sold. Tanner helped us find a home with his outstanding knowledge of the Denton County area. He was persistent in getting all questioned we had answered before and after our home inspection even if it meant bringing in specific home experts. He booked a structural engineer to get concerns of our addressed as an example. He negotiated the sale price down to what we were willing to pay with a very uncompromising seller/agent. This is the 6th house we’ve bought and we’ve had a couple of great Realtors in the past, but Tanner is top notch and a cut above any other realtors we’ve used in the past. We absolutely recommend him!

Mrs.Kirk did an excellent job in helping my wife and I buy our first house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking in, as well as friendly and prompt when communicating. We always knew that if we left her a message, if the response was not immediate, she would get back to us in an hour or 2 at the latest. She helped us feel at ease with some of the more complicated parts of the purchase process, and was able to help us achieve a good deal that benefitted us as first time home buyers.
