We had a offer within week of listing, but demands by the seller and their realtor, dragged out signing of the final sales contract. Tanner always had our interests at heart, and was very responsive with our questions and requests. He acted professional when the negotiations with the seller's realtor became strained, and kept us informed any time there was an update. We would not hesitate using him again.

We bought a house long distance with Laura and she was amazing. A few weeks after we sold our old house we purchased the home we were building. Greg and Tiffany knew exactly what to look for on our blue tape walk through and what questions needed to be addressed when it came to the title company to ensure all builders liens were removed from the property.

One of the things I am so grateful for, is that Tiffany advised us to have a framing inspection completed before our framing walk through and then a final inspection before our blue tape walk through. After talking with my new neighbors hardly any of them were advised to do this and looking back they wished they would have.
