Julie was tremendous. She gets 10/10 on all her professional attributes. She had impeccable industry and market knowledge, was fast and responsive and is someone who really is willing to get her client the best value. Her negotiation skills is best by far. When the sellers were adamant about sellers credit toward repairs she fought nail and tooth for me and gathered all the evidence to backup that eventually got be $15k in sellers credit!
